• Thay thế document.cookie theo cách cũ

• Trả về Promise nên cũng có thể dùng trong Service Worker

• Truy cập trực tiếp theo từng cookie, không cần tìm qua vòng lặp

• Đăng ký event listener để theo dõi thay đổi cookie
